Rihanna Takes Break From Strip Clubs to Release New Single
Rihanna Takes Break From Strip Clubs to Release New SingleWith only a few short days before we hear the progression of Rihanna's sound with the release her seventh album's lead single, Diamonds, we're already getting a look at her newly updated, post-Talk That Talk design aesthetic…and a brand new website!

The singer has officially launched Rihanna7.com, on which she has revealed her re-designed "R" moniker. No longer comprised with what looked to be newspaper clippings; now it's made up of various words we've come to associate with her!

And perhaps maybe some potential song titles?? It may seem like Rihanna split her time this summer between a fancy yacht and a number of strip clubs, but the woman is a machine: She's already about to release a new single, "Diamonds," off her upcoming album.

Also: Christina Aguilera believes that her last album flopped because it was ahead of its time, Matt Bellamy says he's no longer a conspiracy theorist, the Jonas Brothers are prepping to release a new single of their own, Fiona Apple has a bone to pick with some West Texas jailers, and Charles Manson reached out to Marilyn Manson. It was an eventful weekend.

Rihanna would totally smoke a blunt full of diamonds if she could. In fact, that's what it looks like she's preparing to do in the cover art for her new single:

Over the weekend, the Barbados-born singer announced that her new single would drop Wednesday, and also unveiled a new website in anticipation of the new album, her seventh: Rihanna7.com.

Rihanna told Elvis Duran that fans will be surprised by the new song: "It gives me such a great feeling when I listen to it. The lyrics are very hopeful and positive, but it's about love and the gears are a little different from what people would expect. I'm excited to surprise them sonically."

Rihanna has also been tweeting what appear to by lyrics off the upcoming album, including lines like, "What's love without a tragedy?" She's called the new album "happy and hippy," which may mean that it reflects her profound love of all things 420. Don't call her a role model, people
